The team at Qubic Square had a very limited amount of space when they asked us the provide them with a bubble tea outlet. To make the shop more inviting and to increase space for customers to queue, large bi-fold doors were installed in such a way that they could be opened or partially closed according to the weather

C.L.F.I did a miny makeover for Jumbo Asian Cuisine around five years prior to being asked to revamp the store. They didn't wish to spend large amounts because centre management requires a revamp at renewal of lease.

The House of the Red Dragon had been the same since it was built in the early eighties. The owners decided it was time to modernise the takeaway area without taking away the established atmosphere of the dining area. We clad the walls and placed Chinese characters on fluro lit panels in recesses of the walls. The counter was changed to match in with the existing slate floor and menu light boxes were sunk in to the counter top.

Cafe Palazzo is a regal cafe style restaurant that demands a lot from its equipment so it can offer excellence to it's customers. They required the best possible image at front of house and high output equipment to deliver meals and drinks in the shortest allowable time.
Sometimes its not just the shop that we fitout. We also custom make equipment to make your shop more user friendly, and more importantly, customer friendly. We have often made pot racks for deli displays to make the fridge double as a sandwich preparation bench.
Fiesta gave us a blank canvas. From a concrete shell we provided a good looking takeaway outlet with booth seating to allow a little more comfort for their customers. We provided counters and signage to fit their theme, and installed roller doors to secure the shop. Fresh bread and baked goods are a feature of this shop, so to highlight this we installed the deck oven through the rear display wall for customers to see.
Asian fresh is another Harbour Town store that Cool Lady Fitout Innovations created. They wanted simple yet large graphics to act as their signage.Bamboo screen prints were used  to tie in with the Asian theme. Because of the oversized menu we installed large heated displays in the counter. A hole was left in the kitchen wall to let customers view the cooking and to help stop the build up of heat associated with the style of cooking .
Cafe Veloce in City-X required high class looks, fast output of goods, and a list of requirements to conform to by centre management. This is another store where we basically all we had was a concrete shell. We installed plumbing, erected ceiling and walls, installed exhaust canopies, as required by the  management of the premises. Cool room, counters, signage and features. All the equipment was designed for fast effective usage.

The Chicken Home wanted to up date the front of their takeaway shop and the owner was hoping to use his connections to assist him. The owner had a few mates (acquaintances) who assisted with stainless steel and tiling, and then asked us to provide the counter and food displays. We were happy to work in with the tiler and electrician to make this shop really inviting to customers.
